However, the branch of the power line is more difficult for the maintenance personnel to patrol the line, especially the line fault types, such as the line current, the ground electric field, the state of the fault, the charge of electricity and so on, and the traditional manual detection of the fault mode. It is too laborious and can not quickly and accurately identify the location of the line fault and the specific fault information. Obviously, the traditional way of maintenance has not satisfied the demand of power supply nowadays, and electric power maintenance and management need to transform to technology and intelligence.
